Poland

Grupo Lar was established in Poland in 2005. Since then the company has focused on the Warsaw residential market, successfully delivering over 1,630 homes in six projects with several phases. Another 530 units are under construction.

The property market in Poland is a mature market, where Grupo Lar Poland has maintained a constant rate of activity since the beginning, adapting its offer to market conditions in order to manage it in the best way possible.

In future we expect to reach a sales level of over 500 units per year, and to this end we are making significant investments. This figure positions Grupo Lar Poland among the 10 largest developers in the country. We are currently considering expanding our business in Poland and we are seeking opportunities in logistics.
