Grupo Lar develops, invests and manages office promoting projects, participating in and controlling the entire process, through the design, planning and marketing of these. It also provides a complex range of marketing and business management services, once the building has been completed and is part of the company’s assets. In this sense, Grupo Lar is responsible for the management, establishment of market rents, renovation/refurbishment works and the maintenance of the building.

Grupo Lar has promoted and managed 9 office buildings that come to a total of more than 140,000 sqm.
