The Portal de la Marina shopping center, located in the “Costa Blanca” region, has a primary catchment area of c. 175,000 registered inhabitants.

Portal de la Marina is 100 km south of Valencia on the AP-7 motorway, the main motorway for the Mediterranean coast. The center opened in 2008, and has approximately 30,007 sqm of GLA (Gross Lettable Area) distributed between 124 units, in 2 commercial floors. Additionally, it has 1,600 parking spaces arranged mostly at basement level.

Its current occupancy level is 90%. The Center has national and international brands of renowned prestige such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Mango, H&M, C&A, and Tien21. It also offers an 8-screen cinema (2,750 smq).

It is also located in a very attractive area for tourism influx coast with both local and foreign clients. In fact, during the last 4 years, the influx has been increasing, having received in 2013 a total of 3.5 million visitors.

We must bear in mind that Lar España Real Estate Socimi, S.A. has acquired 58.78% of the stake in the share capital of the company owning this Shopping Centre, and not the full property. The remaining share capital stake is owned by an affiliate of Grupo Lar Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.A.
