Grupo Lar Brazil was established in Brazil in 2010. The company operates in metropolitan areas carefully selected for their significance in the Brazilian economy and the Real Estate industry. Data supplied by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), show that currently 35% of Brazilians are aged between 20 and 40, the age range with the highest number of potential home buyers, amounting to approximately 39 million people. Within this context, we are strategically focused on the sale of properties to the middle-income segment, offering products that meet the requirements of this segment which is primarily represented by first-time home buyers who are highly committed to purchasing, thus mitigating the practice of speculative buying. Another advantage of the middle-income segment is the availability of financing from several public and private banking institutions operating in the Brazilian System of Saving Loans (SBPE), whose main funding sources are savings accounts funds.
