Grupo Lar is a company which since its beginnings in Spain has had a strong dedication to developing, both residential homes and second homes, and now has a prominent role in the international arena and presence in 8 countries.
Its most significant portfolio was reached in 2007 with a volume of nearly 23,000 units worldwide, with less than 50% of these being in Spain. With its strong international expansion and the sector in deep crisis, in 2011, the portfolio has been reduced to 10,000 units, with less than 30% of these in Spain, giving the leadership to Mexico and strong growth to Poland and more recently Brazil.
